Snow Play in Lake Tahoe

Sophia and I took a road trip to South Lake Tahoe to spend 

a few days with my brother Joe and his three kids. 

It was Sophia's first experience in the snow

...and boy, did she enjoy herself!

Play Date at the Pirate Park

Friday is a pretty easy going day for us each week...

St. Patrick's Day Play Date

Today was our monthly MOMs Club meeting and 

in honor of St. Patrick's Day, we all wore green!

Sophia and Jack were just hanging around.

Then it was off to the monkey bars... 

Of course, when there's a play date, 

there are always juice boxes and snacks involved!

  

The kids made a St. Patrick's Day craft with finger paint.

Miles, Sophia, and Jack waited very patiently!

Then it was time for some more climbing.

Friday Playgroup at Grant Park

 We met up with Sophia's playgroup today at Grant Park. 

The weather was beautiful and the kids had a blast!

Sophia started off with a climb on the giant red web!

Before long, all the kids ended up in the middle to jump and play!

Going for a spin...with Miles and Ella!

Then Sophia hung around and went for a little drive.

 

The kids wrapped up the day with some good old 

fashion running and chasing each other on the grass! 

Hot and sweaty...

A very good day!

Crafting and Swimming at Grandma & Papa Grimm's House

Just another typical sleep over at Grandma and Papa 

Grimm's house...arts and crafts, water play on 

the front yard, a walk to the park...

Little did Mommy know, but Sophia 

was painting a birdhouse as a surprise gift! 

Hey...look what Grandma bought me!

A new duck towel!

There's so much to do...play on the slide, water the cement... 

...water the flowers, make observations...

...splash in the pool! 

All this crafting and water play is just exhausting!
