Today we went to visit Great Grandma.  We spent some time outside taking in the fresh air while Sophia ran up and down the sidewalk with her baby in her stroller.

Sophia quickly learned that she likes to help me cook dinner...or at least help with clean up! Those beaters were licked clean of ever last bit of mashed potatoes!

Slides, Swings, and Sun at Victory Park

Spent some time at Victory Park this morning...one of the larger parks in Pasadena. The playground area is huge, well shaded, and always busy with kids. Sophia practiced her sliding skills and took many rides on the swings.

Face Painting at Austen's 1st Birthday Party

Today we went to Austen's 1st birthday party. He is one of Sophia's friends in her playgroup. She had so much fun there and got her face painted with a flower! She sat still the whole time!
