Disneyland with Grandma Grimm

Today Sophia showed Grandma Grimm around Disneyland...
they started with a quick ride on the fire engine in Toon Town!

There was so much to explore and touch in Mickey's house!

Sophia gave the Minnie Mouse mailbox a little love.

Of course we had to make our way over to
Fantasy Land for a spin on the carousel.

The day was a Wild Ride! Thanks Grandma!

Monrovia Canyon Park

Hello my old friend...Sophia was reunited
with Samson "The Hot Tub Bear".

Here Sophia was at 3 1/2 months old
when she met Samson the first time.

Sophia really enjoyed hiking along the paths and picking things up.

Sophia got to explore the wildlife up close.
The ranger gave her a special gift...
a plastic ladybug.

The air was filled with butterflies and bees...

Bye bear...until next time!

Care Packages for Our Troops

In honor of the tenth anniversary of 9/11
Mommy and I put together care packages for
our troops overseas to show our support for them.
We got lots of help from family and friends
...everyone was so generous!

I was in charge of packing the boxes!

Mommy said I did an awesome job!

Wow! Look at all those yummy snacks!

We packed and shipped off five care
packages to four different troops!

Halloween Time at Disneyland!

Sophia was so excited to see Disneyland
all decked out for Halloween Time!

Whoa! Cool! Mickey Mouse is a pumpkin!

The Disneyland band welcomed us at the entrance.

We ran into our friend "Skeleton" Goofy!
We were amazed by the giant Mickey pumpkin on Main Street!

First up...a spin on the carousel!

All of Sophia's playmates and Mommy
friends had fun riding the horsies!

Austen and his Mommy braved the rope bridge!

Tarzan's treehouse offered some awesome views of the park!

Even Mrs. Pots and Chip showed up!
(One of the Disney secrets...Shhh)

Sophia and Miles helped flame the oven's fire.

Winnie the Pooh and Tigger were on hand to say hello!

We stopped to take a festive photo of all the kids.
Of course we couldn't get them all to look at
the camera at the same time...ha!
